
Uridine (5′-monophosphate disodium) is one of the basic components of ribonucleic acid (RNA). It is found to be helpful in increasing the synthesis of cellular membranes and other neurological properties. It has potent cognitive enhancing properties and is synergistic with fatty acids – EPA and DHA. High levels of Uridine have been found in beer.
