Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Bionootropics (bionootropics.com) collects when you browse this website, buy from us through a marketplace, or place an order directly, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to customers everywhere, and includes the specific disclosures required for visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Bionootropics is operated by VitalBlendCo, a Wyoming limited liability company, 6351 W Montrose, Chicago, IL 60634, United States. VitalBlendCo also operates the storefronts VitalBlend Co, Bionootropics and Wellness Zone Hub, and sells through marketplaces including eBay. VitalBlendCo is the data controller for the information described in this policy. For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights in section 9, email [email protected] or use the Contact page on this site. We answer privacy requests within one month.

2. What we collect

  • Order and contact details — your name, email address, billing and delivery address, and phone number when you provide one.
  • Order history — the products you ordered, order totals, delivery and tracking status, and any correspondence with us about an order.
  • Payment details — we take payment by Zelle, bank or wire transfer, or cash. We do not collect, see or store card numbers, because we do not process card payments. What we keep is the record that a payment was received and the method used.
  • Account details — if you create an account, your login email and your password, which is stored only as a cryptographic hash and cannot be read by us.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar server log data, collected automatically when you browse.

We do not ask for health information, and we ask that you do not send it to us. Nothing on this site is sold to you on the basis of a health condition, and we do not knowingly process special-category data.

3. Marketplace orders

When you buy from us through a marketplace such as eBay, we receive the order and delivery information that the marketplace passes to us so we can fulfil and ship your order, along with any messages you send us through the marketplace. The marketplace operates under its own privacy policy for everything it does with your information, and we use what it gives us only to complete and support your order.

We act on marketplace account deletion and closure notifications, including eBay Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure notices, and delete the associated personal information we hold, keeping only what tax and accounting law requires us to retain (see section 7).

4. Why we use it, and our legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • To fulfil your order — taking payment, packing and shipping, delivery updates, returns and customer support. Legal basis: performance of a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep business records — invoices, tax, accounting and customs records we are required to retain. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
  • To keep the store secure and working — preventing fraud and abuse, diagnosing faults, and improving our products and service. Legal basis: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). You can object to this; see section 9.
  • Marketing emails and optional cookies — newsletters and any analytics or measurement cookies. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting anything done beforehand.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone, and we do not profile you for advertising.

5. Who we share it with

We share your information only with parties that need it to get your order to you or to run the store, and only for that purpose:

  • the fulfilment partners in the European Union and the United States that pick and pack orders, and the carriers that deliver them;
  • the marketplace you bought through, where your order came from one;
  • customs authorities, where a shipment requires a declaration;
  • our bank, for payments made by transfer;
  • our email, hosting and IT service providers, who act on our instructions under contract;
  • professional advisers, or a public authority, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Where your information goes

We are based in the United States and we operate fulfilment in both the European Union and the United States, so order information may be transferred outside the country you live in. Where personal information is transferred out of the EEA or the United Kingdom, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the UK Addendum where relevant, or on another safeguard permitted under Chapter V of the GDPR. You can ask us for details of the safeguard that applies to a particular transfer.

7. How long we keep it

  • Orders, invoices and tax records — for as long as tax, accounting and customs law requires, which is generally seven years and can be longer in some countries.
  • Account details — until you ask us to close your account.
  • Marketing list — until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any marketing email we send.
  • Support correspondence — normally up to three years after an enquiry is resolved.
  • Server logs — normally no more than twelve months.

8. Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We group ours into two kinds.

Strictly necessary cookies make the store work and cannot be switched off. They do not require your consent:

  • a session cookie, which keeps you signed in and keeps the contents of your cart as you move between pages;
  • a language preference cookie, so the site stays in the language you chose;
  • a cookie that remembers your cookie choice, so we stop asking;
  • security cookies set by the network provider that serves this site, used to tell real visitors apart from automated attacks.

Optional cookies cover analytics and measurement — understanding which pages people use so we can improve the store. These are set only if you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookies for this site in your browser and choosing again. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop checkout from working.

9. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete information we no longer have a reason to keep — note that we must retain invoices and tax records for the periods in section 7;
  • restrict or object to our use of your information, including any use based on our legitimate interests;
  • receive your information in a portable format, or have it sent to another provider;
  • withdraw your consent to marketing or optional cookies at any time.

To make a request, email [email protected], or use the contact form on any of our store sites. We will not charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights. If you are in the EEA or the UK and you think we have handled your information badly, you can also complain to your national data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office) — though we would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

10. Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not sell to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our store or the law changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will say so prominently on the site.
